🙏🏼 Find the Kind: Nominate Colleagues for our Honor Roll
Share a story of a team member exemplifying empathy by August 1st
At its core, kindness is the quality of being considerate, friendly and generous with our time, energy or resources. With all the ways work has transformed over the past two and a half years, moments of kindness in the workplace matter now more than ever.
But, where do we celebrate these stories — the team member who cooks meals for a colleague in need, the employees who help a co-worker escape a conflict zone or the manager who calls their direct report to ask how they are feeling.
For internal communications, these are the stories that make our work extra meaningful. We often discover these moments and find ways to recognize employees in an internal blog post, channel or meeting. Yet, why don’t we honor these moments more externally?
That’s why I’ve decided to launch the Kindness at Work Honor Roll which aims to recognize employees who exemplify empathy for their colleagues.
Nominations are open until August 1st. Details are outlined below. Honor Roll members will be announced in late summer.
