To add on to step 11, when you survey employees about their experience, make sure you use the same questions for several meetings, that way you can better measure the effects over time. You can use three or five easy questions (e.g., This meeting was a good use of my time [score 1-5]) or I have a clear understanding of company strategy [score 1-5]). Be sure to leave space for free-form comments as well!
