Thanks. Great insights into internal comms and in particular around leadership comms – getting to know leaders and their unique talents and preferences. Agree - that understanding what employees want, how they receive information, and enabling leaders reach them better is paramount and more so that employees feel they are listened to, heard, their input is valued, and they really feel part and parcel of the org.
